Terry is a New York-born and based Social Media, Branding and Engagement professional with over four years at Dice, a leading website for tech professionals and recruiters to connect, gain opportunities and insights. She is responsible for Social Media, Voice of Customer, Blogger Outreach and its Brand Ambassador program. Terry's background spans over 20 years in Recruitment Marketing - ranging from Monster/TMP as a Regional VP for over five years to launching a strategic consultative arm of a national recruitment marketing ad agency. Her passion for social branding and recruiting began in 2009, where she co-founded and launched her first startup, MyWorkButterfly, a global social network to help moms return to work. Terry claims to be "left brain-right brain" and spends most of her free time keeping up with the fast-paced Social Media industry. She's a graduate of Ithaca College, BS Business Management. Early in her career, she won the coveted EMA awards for her work on IKEA, a long-time client. She has been an invited speaker at InfluenceHR, TRU, SIAA, SHRM, and TalentNet.
